Arrived dead to me

After charging & trouble shooting , finally hearing back from customer service, i still have to send the dead snail back to them at my cost before they give me a replacement snail. Ive never had to do so much work for a customer service dept anywhere. Send it back? With my address & tracking #?
Ill never buy another anything from Lookah.
